The Best Jailbreaks for iPhone 4/4s

Hey there!

Today I’ll be talking about the best software to jailbreak you iPhone 4s. They also work just as well for iPhone 4.

The following programs work by jailbreaking your iPhone completely automatically. The people who run the sites below maintain the software so that they’re always up to date with latest iOS versions, basebands etc. If you have any other model of iPhone, iPad or iPod, the programs will work for those as well – any iDevice!

Using these jailbreaks software is very simple.

Step 1 – Download the software

Step 2 – follow the instructions (they come with picture by picture manuals, so you can’t fail)

Step 3 – Your iPhone 4/4s is now jailbroken. Congratulations! Off you go to get free apps, homebrew apps and modifications Apple didn’t want you to have :)

If you have any problem in any of the steps above, the sites have technical support to help you go through the procedure and answer any question you may have. The entire process should be a pretty short and painless.

Personally, I think that for the purpose of jailbreaking your iPhone 4s, it’s best to do it using one of the solutions below rather than yourself. These guys have really made the process super simple –and besides, without them, doing one thing wrong can erase your phone’s entire library of apps, contacts and all your music. Not worth it (it happened to me so I’m warning you!). If you try jailbreaking the iPhone yourself you’re also risking bricking it – turning it into a brick, i.e. completely useless.

Just get one of the following programs and jailbreak your iPhone in 5 minutes. Great software and support staff to help you. From my top pick all the way to the worst one, here we go:

1) Jailbreak Unlock

This site just rocks! It’s way better than any of the competition so it takes the top spot easy. You just have to see it. I tried it with my own phone, iPod 2, iPad and it just worked flawlessly. I helped my friends with their phones too and it worked perfectly.

The installation is followed by the jailbreaking process which usually takes about 4 minutes. You click the “Jailbreak” button, make a tea and you’ll have a jailbroken iPhone by the time you come back.

This is a complete jailbreak solution, which means it would unlock your iPhone to other carriers. There is a difference between jailbreaking and unlocking your iPhone. Jailbreaking means allowing you to use other apps through cydia, get free apps and add other functionality. Unlocking gives you the ability to use the phone with SIM cards different carriers. Some jailbreak solutions don’t allow for an unlocking of your iPhone.

So, to get a jailbreak that does it is a nice bonus :)

What really makes it easy for me to recommend Jailbreak Unlock to people is how well they handle their support. One time I had an issue with a jailbreak, and they were really quick to give me an answer. Pretty important – if your like me your iPhone has your life on it…

The guy who replies to the support messages is the owner, and you can tell he’s a really genuine guy who wants to help people.

The instructions were perfect and very easy to follow and the price was very reasonable. The guys are excellent without being more expensive!

I rate them 9 out of 10. Click here to check out their site

2) Apple Unlocker

This is another program I have a good opinion of. I used it a few times and this used to be the one that I recommended to people before Jailbreak Unlock showed up on my radar. These guys took a bit longer with jailbreaks – sometimes around 6 minutes, the longest was 17 minutes once.

Their support staff was a little less helpful in my opinion – no phone number I could use, and some of the emails only had responses to them after a full 24 hours have passed. Not really cool if you need your iPhone working all the time, right?

The other thing was that it took a bit longer to complete the jailbreak. But in all honesty, I just did a lot of those jailbreaks for friends – it may not really matter to you – you’re just getting a jailbroken phone at the end of the day anyway, right? :)

This is a good solution and if for some reason Jailbreak Unlock isn’t working and you need to jailbreak your iPhone ASAP, these guys are a good place to go. Instructions were easy and the software worked just fine. 7 out of 10. Check out their site here

3) iJailbreak Tool

This product is fine – however it’s not that great really. It works and that’s the best thing about it really.
I found that it takes about 30 minutes to jailbreak your iPhone using it usually. The instructions confused the hell out of me – I thought I made a mistake which is why it took so long. I think a non-native English writer wrote the instructions, that’s why… Their customer support was OK and I actually got a response to a technical question pretty quick. However they listed a phone number in India that I never ended up using. Overall I’d rate them 6/10.

Anyway, that’s my review of jailbreak. Thanks for your visit and I hope you enjoy your new jailbroken iPhone.
